Tomyam Fried Rice

Tomyam Fried Rice

Ingredients:

2 bowls rice
6 medium prawns
100g debonded breast meat, cut into cube
1 garlic
2 eggs
2 tbsp tomyam paste
1 tbsp assam paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil

Methods:
1. Heat oil and fry garlic until fragrant.
2. Add prawns and meat, stir fried until the color turn pink.
3. Add tomyam paste, assam paste and lemon juice. Mix well and add rice.
4. Stir and cook with medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
5. Put the rice aside. Heat pan and fried eggs.
6. Add in rice with the eggs are half cook.
7. Fry for few minutes and serve.
